The most important day of your life deserves the perfect venue. Set in 38 acres of beautiful countryside Horwood Estate provides the perfect setting for your civil ceremony, Wedding breakfast and evening reception. Our beautiful suites can hold up to 200 guests for your wedding breakfast and 250 guests for your evening reception.

Horwood Estate has 185 en suite bedrooms and for your convenience guests wishing to stay over are offered our special wedding rate.

Take drinks and canapés at the back of Horwood Estate surrounded by manicured lawns and an ornamental fountain, the perfect venue for those precious photos of this special day. Then enjoy a sumptuous meal prepared by our in house catering team and then relax to a band /disco in one of our three bar areas.

To assist with your personal wishes Horwood Estate will provide you with a dedicated coordinator who will be delighted to offer you help as you require in organizing your day.

Our beautiful pagoda, situated next to the lily pond, enabling you to have your ceremony outside during the months of April-September. Please note that outdoor ceremonies are weather permitting and the registrar will have the final say.

Directions By Road

From the M1 South:

Leave the M1 at junction 13 and take the A421 towards Milton Keynes, Bletchley and Buckingham. This is the main road through Milton Keynes so you will go over about 15 roundabouts. The last of these is called the ‘Bottledump’. After one mile go straight over the roundabout with Mursley signposted on your left. Take the next left signposted Little Horwood (this is a small road – take care not to miss it!). Follow this road into Little Horwood and when you pass the Shoulder of Mutton pub on your left, take the next road on your left towards Mursley, Leighton Buzzard and Horwood Estate. The centre is on your right after approximately 3/4 mile.

From the M1 North:

Leave the M1 at junction 14 signposted to Newport Pagnell, turning right onto the A509 towards Milton Keynes. Immediately after this, take the A5130 towards Woburn Sands. This road leads onto the A421 towards Milton Keynes, Bletchley and
Buckingham and is the main road through Milton Keynes so you will go over about 15 roundabouts. The last of these is called the ‘Bottledump’. From the M40 South:

Leave the M40 at junction 10 and take the A43 towards Brackley. At the first roundabout take the A421 towards Buckingham and Milton Keynes. Keep to the A421 and after 17 miles go straight over a roundabout. Great Horwood is signposted on the right. Take the next road on the right for Little Horwood. At the T junction turn right and travel into Little Horwood, past the Shoulder of Mutton pub on the left. Take the next road on your left for Mursley, Leighton Buzzard and Horwood Estate. The centre is on the right after approximately 3/4 mile.

From the M40 North:

Leave the M40 at junction 11 for Banbury and take the left turn onto the A422 towards Brackley and Buckingham. Follow this road for 15 miles into the centre of Buckingham, taking the ‘all routes’ signs onto the A421 towards Milton Keynes and Bletchley. Follow this road for a further 4 miles and you will go straight over a roundabout signed Great Horwood to your right. Take the next road on your right onto the A421 towards Milton Keynes and Bletchley. Follow this road for a further 4 miles and you will go straight over a roundabout signed Great Horwood to your right. Take the next road on your right signed for Little Horwood. At the T-junction turn right into Little Horwood, going past the Shoulder of Mutton pub on your left. Take the next left road for Mursley, Leighton Buzzard and Horwood Estate. The Centre is 3/4 mile along on your right.

By Rail

And to Jenny and her team in the day I can't thank you enough for the day it was truly amazing yourself and your team were faultless, silver service was perfect and even to the lady that found my 5 year old traveling around the hotel ensured he was safe and that staff kept a look out for him if he wandered again. At the end of the night my dad had lost his key card for his room and one of waiters ran and I mean ran to reception to get him another one.
