Overview
Gown Bridal is a friendly, bespoke bridal shop that also stocks dress sizes and accessories for brides with a fuller figure. We have many years of experience serving the needs of plus size brides with knowledge and understanding of the most important requirements our curvy customers require. We will work within your budgets to ensure that you really can enjoy your special day and can also help you with the details that make this special occasion so memorable.
Our aim is to provide an enjoyable, professional, personal service that delivers complete satisfaction and a lovely experience for every bride choosing that special dress for her day and one thing you can be sure of is that your ‘big day’ is as important to us as it is to you.
We have a large selection of beautiful bridal gowns that are exclusive to us, available in store waiting for you to try on which are available from size 6 to size 32. No need to squeeze into a tiny dress size just to see how it looks and our gowns are structured to flatter all figures, including the curvier figures.
Gown Bridal dresses are available in a wide variety of fabrics that include sumptuous silk, dreamy chiffon, lightweight taffeta and romantic satin and lace. The bespoke gowns can be ordered in a variety of shades and the lace, beading and embellishments can usually be adapted to meet individual needs. Our veils, belts, boleros and accessories include pieces from Linzi Jay, but we would be very happy to customise accessories if required.
We also specialise in a bespoke range of Chiffon bridesmaid’s dresses that are available in sizes for 6-32 and can be order from a colour chart of 35 colours. The dresses can also be ordered in other fabrics if required and to team with them, we are able to accommodate, baby, toddler and teenage/ junior dresses to complete the retinue.
Designers
Our dresses have been designed in house and are exclusive to Gown Bridal. Our dresses have full support with boning and have been tailored to compliment out brides to be no matter what size.
Each dress has an element of ‘Gown’ Magic.
We can also offer a Bespoke design service, where your imagination & ideas for your perfect dress can be sketched and made a reality.
In addition to our own in house exclusive ranges we have been given exclusivity on Phoenix Gowns ranges. We have a capsule collection of Phoenix Gowns Plus size collection in our store.
