"We held our wedding ceremony and reception here last May. Absolutely fantastic, couldn't have wished for anything more, the manager was very attentive and kept asking was everything ok and the staff were also very friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly, nothing was too much to ask of the whole team. We were very lucky that ours was the only wedding held that day so everything was about us with the staff. Small attentions to detail were what made the difference, for example it was very heavy rain when I (the bride) arrived and the manager came out to the limo with a large umbrella and assisted me out of the car. The food was absolutely amazing considering we had the basic option of the menu packages, everyone was served their meat and vegetables individually and staff were constantly asking guests if they could get them anything else. We were slightly worried about our evening buffet as some hotels under cater and the person at the back of the queue gets nothing, no worry needed, the staff constantly topped up the buffet and the hotpot was so delicious. All of our guests commented on how lovely everything was and a few of our family members sought out the manager personally to commend him on how brilliant his staff were and how the day ran. From the start with the fantastic wedding organiser Jill, to us leaving the day after the whole experience was amazing, to the point where a few of our guests actually booked their own weddings there for 2015. 10/10 Lancashire Manor couldn't have been happier."
